During 'update-manager --devel-release' there were 2 warning/error msgs.
1. "Third Party Sources Disabled". It disabled some 3rdparty sources from my
sources.lst
2. Can't Install 'ubuntu-desktop' (screenshot attached)

I'm trying to upgrade my ubuntu from Gutsy to Hardy. Mine has ubuntu-studio
packages installed.
First, I've updated the current distro, then proceeded for the distro-
upgrade. (update-manager --devel-release)

I'm encountering the same problem trying to upgrade from gutsy to hardy
(beta). Setting status to 'incomplete', I'm going attaching log files
and more info.

/var/log/dist-upgrade? If there is could you please attach that one as
well. It may provide more information to help find the cause of this
