I've regenerated the dapper filelists by hand now. The daily cron job
should regenerate the Contents files properly; I'll check back tomorrow
to make sure that this worked.

The filelists are broken for dapper, but not for newer releases, and the
dapper filelists are dated October 2006, so I don't think this can be a
current software bug. I'll regenerate the filelists from Packages.
