Sebastien, this looks like a dup of #172264 and the buffered input issue with ghostscript ? In my tests, printing to a ps and calling lp doesn't work. But the error is not the same as François. I've got error "[Job 205] GPL Ghostscript 8.61: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1" in cups error log. It'

Yes, it prints correctly when you print to file but not when you use a printer PPD. It also works when you use the PDF driver provided with cups-pdf. The main difference between the PDF virtual printer and a printer driver is that in the 1rst case CUPS doesn't call Ghostscript. I suspect that,
