petsc (2.3.3-6ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low
* Sync from Debian unstable.
- Now builds with gfortran. (LP: #201962)
* Drop spooles support, as we don't have it in Hardy.
* Don't attempt to use -Wno-long-double, as tha
I've dropped -Wno-long-double from the version in my PPA, which makes it
work. That's the best solution at the moment, I suspect.

The issue is the following change in gcc-4.2 4.2.3-2ubuntu2:
* Update PR other/28322, ignore only unknown -W* options.
Removing -Wno-long-double from the C(XX)FLAGS generator fixes it. It
seems that any unknown -W* will cause it to fail identically.
