This regressed again on Jammy with the 6.5/6.8 HWE kernels. Ghadi, since
you worked on the patch for Jammy, I've assigned the series to you.
Given this is something quite unique to Ubuntu that comes from running
"old" zfsutils against a "new" ZFS kmod, it's likely going to end up as
a COMPAT patch
This bug was fixed in the package zfs-linux - 0.8.3-1ubuntu12.18

Accepted zfs-linux into focal-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/zfs-
linux/0.8.3-1ubuntu12.18 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
