New mesa drivers were released on 17th May 2022.
glxinfo | grep Mesa
client glx vendor string: Mesa Project and SGI
OpenGL core profile version string: 3.3 (Core Profile) Mesa 22.2.0-devel
(git-fffafa3 2022-05-17 focal-oibaf-ppa)
OpenGL version string: 3.1 Mesa 22.2.0-devel (git-fffafa3 2022-05-17
From other places on the web, it appears to be the mesa drivers. Others
fixed it by changing the video card.
