As you can see, this has been added as a feature in Okular (which is the kpdf for kde4) http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=152708 The first page can be centred and then the 2nd is on the left hand side, the 3rd on the right hand side. I believe the report can be closed. ** Bug watch added: KDE
