Hello David,
I tried to reproduce the crash you were having by upgrading from 21.10
to 22.04 then adding keys followed by slogin and didn't receive an
error. I'm using a Raspberry Pi 4GB too. Is the command still failing
for you even though the diagnostic dump doesn't show up anymore? If so

I have been having the same problem without the involvement of git.
Raspberry Pi 4, 4GB, upgraded to Ubuntu 22.04 from 21.10. Same commands
worked with 21.10 that fail with 22.04.

Found more specific terms of the problem. I have the keepassxc password
manager version 2.7.1 compiled from source, it stores the keys and it
adds them to ssh-agent, under such conditions this error appears. The

I tried reproducing the issue on a Rpi4, cloning a repository via ssh
using pubkey authentication with a rsa2048 key stored in ssh-agent, it
worked fine. If you believe there's actually a bug here please provide
some steps we can follow to reproduce the issue from a clean Jammy

I built a new version 1:9.0p1-1 from the debian repository and it
doesn't work there either.

I don't really know what's going on with the agent, I just assumed it
crashes. I found out that the agent stops working only when the
repository is cloned, when connected to the server by key, it works
well. The problem concerns only the arm platform, because I don’t see
this on x86_64.

Also: you mention that "ssh agent crashes". What do you see exactly to
be able to tell it's a crash and not some other authentication or key
handling issue?

Hello testpi and thanks for this bug report. Can you reproduce this
issue from a fresh install on the Raspberry, and attempting a simple ssh
login instead of a git clone? Something on these lines:
-
ssh-keygen
cp ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
killall ssh-agent || true
eval $(ssh-age
