The problem in question is introduced by
debian/patches/fix_desktop_launcher.patch which contains the following
line:
+cmd += "Exec=xulrunner-1.9 /usr/lib/prism/application.ini -webapp "
+ id + "\n";
Attached is an updated patch, which points to
/usr/share/prism/application.ini instead.
