You're confusing your kernel graphics driver for the Xorg graphics
driver. They're not the same thing and you need both:

I try it after remove the driver the number of defects increased
(artifacts disappeared slowly)

The new Xorg driver is called 'modesetting':
/usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/modesetting_drv.so
After you have uninstalled the 'intel' driver, if you still have

an official Ubuntu kernel version (did your mean 5.4.0-42-generic ?) i have
another problem - no sound i must update kernel to version 5.8 or newer for the
device to work properly.

Oh! I see the problem in XorgLog.txt and XorgLogOld.txt. You're using
the old 'intel' driver so that makes it bug 1867668. Please uninstall it
by:
sudo apt remove xserver-xorg-video-intel

Thanks for the bug report.
For the moment this sounds like a bug in KDE/Plasma, but in case it's a
deeper issue please also attach a video of the screen while the bug is
happening.
