The patch referenced here is already included in the latest Hardy Alpha
kernel release. This report didn't mention which kernel version was
being used. Can you please test the latest Hardy kernel release
(2.6.24-10) as of today and verify this is resolved? Thanks.

git. The Ubuntu kernel developers just need to pull in
