the -faces package contains only icons, libcheese is used by the user
panel to allow taking a picture for the profile, it's a shared library
and isn't optional, without it the users panel wouldn't start

The requirements don't reflect the capability. These required
dependencies aren't being used and therefore should not be required but
recommended dependencies within this packages. Cheese itself would
already cover this. it bloats the minimal installation option provided
in the installer.
