On my Ubuntu 8.10, Epiphany is unable to show the page source: nothing
is done, not even the launch of an external text editor.
Epiphany version: 2.24.1 "WebKit" powered
Ubuntu version: 8.10 Intrepid Ibex
Is Firefox installed: yes, Firefox 3.0.4
Reload Epiphany: solves nothing.

I'm sorry but I just received a new Dell laptop with Ubuntu preinstalled
that I instantly upgraded to Hardy and view-source works perfectly.
Since I don't have the other system anymore, I won't be able to try to
reproduce the bug.

Could you run the software from a command line and not if there is any
error there?
