I built the image using the following command:
PROPOSED=1 DIST=focal ARCHES="amd64+intel-iot" for-project ubuntu
cron.daily-live --live
The resulting ISO can be found here:

and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/livecd-
rootfs/2.664.34 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
