I think the issue here lookinh at the GSD errors in the trace is that
gnome-settings-daemon is mismatched with mutter
I.e. GSD is v41 and this should have been uploaded with mutter v41.
budgie desktop is crashing because it needs a matched GSD and mutter
Mutter v41 needs to be uploaded and at the
** Package changed: ubuntu => ubiquity (Ubuntu)
