The armhf dep8 tests seems to have been stuck "in progress". I retried
it, multiple times, but it looks like it's just not entering the
queue... I pinged internally the team responsible for this
infrastructure.

Actually, the test plan says "The test case that will be run for this
SRU is running the charmed-openstack-tester [1]", so those 3 tests
listed before are not part of it.

I think the release attempt in comment #46 above failed, because the
nova package is still in focal-proposed.
Looking at the verification attached in comment #44, I was expecting to
see the tests from the test plan listed in there. Specifically:
in nova/tests/functional/libvirt/test_numa_servers.
attached run of charmed_openstack_tester above. The error about Octavia
is expected and unrelated to this change.

I'm assuming that having both covered is important - please can the
