Screen flickering is almost always model-specific. So each model of
laptop needs a separate bug report. I think you should stick to bug

I can open a new bug (in fact I open one not so much ago but for time
matters couldn't continue with it).
However, as I said, I am running Linux Mint as of now, with Kernel 5.4, and
really I've got no intention of switching again right now.

My laptop runs on an Intel n3450, Intel HD graphics 500 (drivers i915 at least
