This is a guest problem. Change your X configuration in the guest to use
vmmouse, and you're set. I'm told that this will be the default for
Hardy guests.

Need to specify the 'vmmouse' driver in xorg.conf in the guest. This is
found in the xserver-xorg-input-vmmouse package.

Same problem with 32bit Hardy host and 32bit Gutsy client. Two cursors
but not tracking correctly.
