I have installed the following:
linux-headers-5.11.0-23 5.11.0-23.24
linux-headers-5.11.0-23-generic 5.11.0-23.24
linux-image-5.11.0-23-generic 5.11.0-23.24
The kernel seems try to set up the interrupt and send data, but failed.
After got error returned, the kernel will disable interrupt and using polling
instead.
I beleve it will have the following messages in dmesg log
kernel: tpm tpm0: tpm_try_transmit: send(): error -62

There is a Hirsute 21.04 kernel update in -proposed with some tpm fixes
applied. Could you please try kernel version 5.11.0-23.24 to check
whether the issue is resolved with this kernel?
