Kjell, this is a valid bug. Apport should not _crash_ when a user tries
to open a file which he cannot access. Instead, it should show a nice
error message explaining what is the problem and how to fix it.

better. Unfortunately, this is not a bug in Ubuntu: you're trying to access a
bug report which is restricted to the root account. If you are the local system
administrator, you can access it by using:
sudo /usr/share/app
