Nevermind. After looking at the patch file, I realized what I needed to
do and I can report that my m6700 from 9 years ago (what a journey) can
finally make use of the mic on my Bluetooth headset.

I confirm that the patch `lp1924741.patch` works. The patchram is loaded
is HSP/HFP functions.
However, just to be clear, as far as I am aware the addition is
superfluous. The line `{ USB_DEVICE(0x413c, 0x8197) },` appears to have
no effect if added after the catch-all for `0x
Please test this patch.
