Is there a bug report open for the firmware loader not working? If not,
then this bug's description should be edited as a regression (iSight no
longer works in Hardy), not marked "invalid".

The iSight patch was merged with uvcvideo, although as of latest
2.6.24-8 the firmware loader isn't working (fails getting control from
USB).
Maybe this report should be marked as invalid?
