I don't merge the 2.2.3-2 version from debian, instead I'm adding the
changes from Thomas (Debian Maintainer) to -1ubuntu2 (which will become
now -1ubuntu3).
Why? Because there are more changes then only my FTBFS fix. And
reintroducing ofx support we can do directly.

Last changes on the ubuntu changelog speaks about a direct modification of the
source from Stephan Hermann :

I think merging will be better, since it reduces the delta with Debian.
The existing Ubuntu changes shouldn't be too difficult to apply to -2.

Just because there was some minor changes in the ubuntu version since
that time, but yes, it's also possible. My debdiff reproduce exactly the
same changes than the debian package so I thought that it would be
easier to do it like that.
