Hmm. It appears that Xubuntu is not in your menu.lst. Did you install it
onto a different hard drive rather than a separate partition? If so, try
changing your boot order so that the Xubuntu-laden HD comes first.

Triaged to Incomplete. Sometimes GRUB gets confused with large numbers
of disks and/or partitions. It may simply be a bad GRUB entry. Your
Ubuntu install shows up as (hd0,6) which is the first hard disk (0) and
7th partition (6). It looks like you have Windows in the first 5
partitions (hd0,0)
