I cleaned all the *_auotozsys_ snapshots. They were generated by syncoid
(which I used for backup) I got a lost of disk space back, but it did
not solve the issue. These snapshots were also in my 20.04 (before the
upgrade) with no issues (except for using disk space)

Looking at your datasets, you have some that are expected like:
rpool/ROOT/ubuntu_mj0kfs/var/www
and associated snapshots:
rpool/ROOT/ubuntu_mj0kfs/var/www@autozsys_17e8fr
However, you have others that are not produced by ZSys, creating a lot of
duplications:
