Can i close bug.
It was mistake.
i just switch driver from intel to modesetting.
it worked great.

If you are using the modeset driver and have HDMI connected and that
HDMI port is connected to the Intel GPU then this is bug 1853094. If you
are using the old intel driver you can avoid that by using 'TearF
