If you can reproduce the blinking with only Ubuntu packages then please
tell us which packages.
If you can't reproduce the blinking with only Ubuntu packages then we
will need to close this bug.

I downloaded and installed all extensions through extensions.gnome.org.
Before, there was a conflict between the dash to do
