I have removed NetworkManager
configure netplan and use renderer: networkd
My wifi connection is go from 0,5 Gb to 5GB
and seams more stable.
next day I check better.

my pi seams like windows 95: sometime crash two time at day.

I cannot understand what service restart so I do a machine reboot.
