Confirming.
This is especially a problem for me when joining more than 20 channels on
freenode. I can only join more than 20 channels because I have an account with
+u. If I am not authed to nickserv before joining channel 21, 22 and so on I
can not join them. Because of this I have to join the

caused by lag and the order is correct. so now I change my
recommendation to wait for a reply from the nickserv before attempting
channel joins.
