I have canon i250 bubble jet printer, i have downloaded the printer
driver,then i install it,when i configure the printer,it appears either
idle or stopped to the system.when i print test page,it is queued as a
print job,but no print out is resulted.

Hmm, interestingly, this only seems to happen when the first job was a
network job- when you print locally, it seems to work fine for me.

Confirmed over here.
I turn on the computer. The printer shows up as running, but when I
print something, the first job (after the reboot) never prints, I have
to go to the cups WebUI and "start" the printer. After that, it works
great.
Printer: HP LaserJet 1200
Driver: Foomatic/hpijs
