I agree with you here. If the gdb-issue is fixed, this will probably not be an
issue either.
However, perhaps it could be a wish to reformulate the text in the KDE Crash
Handler just a bit?

feel this is truly a separate issue, I urge you to reopen this report
with any further findings you may have that would allow us to easily
troubleshoot the issue
