Hello wang, just to be sure: are you using Ubuntu, an Ubuntu derivative,
or something else altogether? The output of the uname command you pasted
in the bug description does not have the "Ubuntu" string in it, which
makes think you are not using Ubuntu.

I tried pinning CPUs in Bionic (4.0) and Focal (6.0) and both worked just fine
for me.
Since your error is a picture I have a hard time even to auto-translate the
