There's no touchpad device shown on running xinput list command, I'm also
attaching ScreenShot of the output for xinput list.
I tried installing Synaptics touchpad drivers but it disables all
devices,such as keyboard, external mouse,etc. only enabling touchpad working

I'm attaching the dmesg log for the above boot parameter "dyndbg='file
drivers/input/* +pt; file drivers/hid/* +pt' hid.debug=1 i2c-hid.debug=1
log_buf_len=32M", also appending above parameter didn't worked !!
Just to clear, im appending the above parameter to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="i18042
So somehow your system does have an i2c-DELL0767 touchpad, and it failed
to successfully enable it. Could you please have another try with
following boot parameters and upload dmesg log for further inspection?

i2c-hid.debug=1 log_buf_len=32M" worked on the first restart quite
properly,there showed a touchpad driver on xinput list cmd, but some issues
continued at that point-
1) pointer moved automatically for a while
2) Suddenly stoppe
Hi, could you inject one more parameter to comment #17 and attach the
log again:
psmouse.synaptics_intertouch=1 hid.debug=1 i2c-hid.debug=1
log_buf_len=32M

You may redirect the outputs to a file and attach that file instead.
That will preserve all the lines:
journalctl -b > dmesg.log

Above cmd goes on printing 1 line each on pressing enter, so I have
posted first 400 lines on executing the above cmd.
