least hint at it" should have been "I think the _package _description should at
least hint at it"

Sorry, I should have tried before filing a bug: even after installing
aqbanking-tool and assorted dependencies, Gnucash does not show the
option in the Tools menu as per the doc. So maybe the missing dependency
was on purpose. But in this case, why?
