It's with a touchpad, on a Dell XPS 13 9370 (a pretty well supported laptop on Linux). I'm not sure it's a hardware related issue, as smooth scrolling does work well with regular gtk apps and it also works will with Firefox on a Fedora USB live session. -- You received this bug notification beca
