2. Reboot and immediately run:
journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
3. Attach the file 'prevboot.txt' here.

The only crashes I can find on my system have all been uploaded already.
There also, doesn't seem to be anything related to firefox (the browser
in use at the time of the crash) or gnome-shell.
However, there are some recent crashes: (all on 2020-02-27)
