Note that the libgif dependency should be libgif-dev, not libgif4-dev
(which doesn't exist). Also, before uploading a .debdiff please test it
with pbuilder or something like that.

It seems the only change introduced by Debian is new maintainer. Since
there aren't significant changes for Ubuntu, I think we can delay this
merge for now.

I dropped "+ Updated maintainer field" and introduced the new change "* Modify
Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec
" because in the 6.1ubuntu1 version the Debian Maintainer field wasn't correct.
