I tested 0.24.1-1ubuntu4~18.04.1 following the same steps listed on the
bug description with success. While the previous version
(0.24.1-1ubuntu3~18.04.1) easily panics, the new version in proposed was
able to run several runs of `stress-ng --cpu 8 --io 4 --vm 2 --vm-bytes
128M --fork 4 --timeout 1
