Most likely the cause is:
PulseList: Error: command ['pacmd', 'list'] failed with exit code 1: No
PulseAudio daemon running, or not running as session daemon.
Please look in /var/crash and tell us if there are any crash files.
Please also run:
ps auxw | grep pulse
and tell us what it says.
