Oh! That makes sense. force-syncs of bzr seems like it would be a much
better "fix".

To man
It only *recommends* bzr, it doesn't depend on it.
However, what if I swap the recommends from "bzr | brz" to "brz | bzr"?
That way, it will pick bzr first.
Anyway, regardless of this, the latest version of bzr in debian is a
transitional package to brz, so it shouldn't really matter much anymore
