Basically;
2.6.24-4-i386 = didn't work
2.6.24-4-generic = worked
2.6.24-5-386 = worked
Now I have updated to Alpha 5, so maybe 'dmesg' isn't relevant anymore?
Maybe this bug isn't relevant anymore, since it apparently got fixed
somehow, since 2.6.24-5-386 worked.
I attached 'lspci' log as reques
I upgraded some packages with the package manager.
Now it installed lots of new packages around 400 megabyte.
It now uses the kernel 2.6.24-5-i386 instead of the 2.6.24-4-i386 kernel as
default.
2.6.24-5-i386 works perfect, much better than 2.6.24-4-i386.
$ uname -a
Linux ubuntu 2.6.24-5-386 #1
