After following Greg Grossmeier's instructions it worked.

If using Synaptic click on the "Reload" button.
If using the command line, first type: "sudo apt-get update"

The Repository seems to have a Server Malconfiguration or such. The
Error mentioned above happens, when I try to upgrade my Software. But it
happens just with the mentioned Package. Others are not affected.
Therefore it's rather a Problem with apt-get than a xserver-xorg bug.
