migrated. The last of these packages was php-horde-text-filter, which
required a tweak to its testsuite but succeeded in moving to the release
pocket this evening.

I've started this and am finishing for the day. Maybe we can use the
"Assigned to" field as an exclusive lock to avoid stepping on each
