Xenial is about to reach the end of standard support, and there hasn't
been any indication over the past 2 years that this is important to
users, so marking this won't fix for xenial.

Accepted glibc into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glibc/2.27-3ubuntu1.3
in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
