Removing the latest .crash log, which was produced by gnome-shell in my
case, fixed the issue. No dialogue pops up on boot up.

This issue causes the "System program problem detected" dialogue on
every boot up on my end, similar to bugs #794757 and #95727. Checking
the syslog after a boot up or killing and launching update-notifier via
Terminal reveals the same Gtk-Message.
It has started appearing very recently (after 20.
