I don't believe this is fixed. I just setup puppet on a new karmic installation and the puppet syntax highlight is not working. Digging deeper is appears that the runtimepath for vim set in /usr/share/vim/vim72/debian.vim is "~/.vim,/var/lib/vim/addons,/usr/share/vim/vimfiles,/usr/share/vim/vim72,
