QA-TEST of Lubuntu 19.04 (live) -- following are copy/pasted from my QA-
test notes (part anyway)
booted on my d960 (my main system) & it's blue background (both
displays) with activities top left, clock middle of top panel & right
looks like gnome.
ctrl+alt+T to open term & it reports DE is GNO
ctrl+alt+T & then running `neofetch` reports DE is GNOME 3.30.2 (sorry)
