large usability issue.

Click with the right mouse button, choose Character from the context
menu. Select the tab Hyperlink and delete the URL.
But yes, it should be easier.

What is an example of a word processor that has a remove all hyperlinks
option?
Also the main mail program in Ubuntu, Evolution, doesn't seem to have an
option to disable hyperlinks either.
