Also, confirmed that the classic build (when ran without --with-
proposed) did not pull in packages from -proposed as expected.

Accepted ubuntu-image into xenial-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-
image/1.6+16.04ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
Please help us by testing this new package.

image/1.6+18.10ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
