Issue was fixed after full reinstall of very thing. Recreate GPT tables, Reinstall windows 10 Reinstall all drivers for bios and then repartion disk : add two additional partion for ubuntu uefi and ext4. And ubuntu was successfully installed. Have no idea where problem appeared previously. -- You

Today i try one more time. Try install Ubuntu to windows boot manager uefi(500mb fat32, eps + boot flag) partition. and Remove second uefi(400mb fat32, eps + boot flag). It's not help. Just for smoke check i will try install arch or debian. TO understand does problem specifically in grub or in
